The location was marvellous and beautiful in the nice area. The place was a short way from the heart of Ingersheim. The room was big size & bright with a kitchenette and garden or balcony plus dining table.

The restaurant here is convenient for dinner, and I enjoyed trying tasty dishes.

the service was all in all good.

The food for breakfast was outstanding and good value. the location in a very attractive area was particularly good. - It was around a 4-6 minutes' walk from Ingersheim heart of the city.

I liked everything! Feel like at home, may prepare your own food in kitchenette. Nothing missing there. The swimming pool was open even for 1 hour longer that anounced.

The location here is awesome - just a short 10-15 minute walk from Florimont. Plus, the room is pretty cool, especially with the cute little terrace you can chill on. 🌟

It's in a fantastic location near to the fabulous Alsace vineyards and beautiful mediaeval villages. Trips to Strasbourg and across the German border to Freiburg are also possible. The hotel seemed very new when we visited in September 2012. The rooms were very well equipped with kitchen equipment which made it easy for us to cook in if we wanted. Also there was ample supply of towels which were changed regularly. Breakfast could be bought, but the breakfast room, whilst bright and clean looked a bit like a works canteen and we didn't use it.

The secure car park got full even though there still seemed to be rooms available. The kitchen design is a bit odd as the microwave/oven housing sticks out above the sink making it very difficult to use the sink without bashing your head on it if you are average height or over.

We had an electrical failure about 9:30 PM, and no staff was available to help.

We were looking for a self-catering, family-friendly accommodation for our long journey home, and this place proved to be perfect for our needs. The kitchen facilities were well-equipped, making self-catering a breeze. The location of this hotel is fantastic, nestled in a green and peaceful area close to Colmar and the beautiful Alsace wine region. The staff here were amazing - friendly, welcoming, and always ready to provide valuable tips and recommendations. The added bonus of having a small indoor swimming pool on-site was a pleasant surprise, especially during the heatwave we experienced. this hotel offers great value for money and is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area.

The only downside we noticed was that the lighting in the rooms could have been stronger, and the beds weren't the most comfortable. However, for a short stay, this hotel is perfect for families, especially with the option to order delicious bread and croissants for breakfast delivery.
